Looking for 3 bedroom long term rental

We are looking for a 3 bedroom long term rental, anywhere between Kyrenia and Alsancak. Preferably around 130 sq met, with reasonable size bedrooms. A swimming pool is not an essential requirement, after all we do live on the Med. We are looking for furnished and the top end would be £400 per month.
Hope there is someone out there that can help.
