More and more of the Supermarkets here (some more than others) are stocking gluten free products but I doubt they actually stock gluten free bread. However recent next door neighbour used to bring her own gluten free flour from UK, then she bought a bread maker and used to make her own bread.

I think - though I'm not absolutely sure - that Ileli supermarket in Alsancak sell 'part baked' Gluten Free products.

They should be on one of the aisle ends, opposite the cheeses in the chiller cabinets.

Lemar at Alsancak have bread (scotti) approx 3lre for very small loaf, Illelli had some that they had brought in from Hati it was a bit dry and solid but edible toasted, they also had bags of small olive bread bits, both stores occasionally have Schar in White and brown, probably about the best available, the baker out at Catalkoy used to make to order but haven't tried this for a while, so not sure of current situation. Alpha Mega in south has best range of products including focaccia, wraps, pizza bases, porridge oats etc.

Our friend gets her Gluten free products fro The Food Lodge in Girne, nr, the HSBC bank. I think they also have branch in Catalkoy.

Yes, they both have pasta, Sah and Supreme. And latifia the owner of the food lodge, opposite Tempo Catalkoy ( well nearly!) will produce gluten free products including bread, just go have a chat with her.
