You mean for Kibkom? This may help:
http://www.brstrnc.com/images/stories/meter.pdf

For water meters, here is a manual:
https://tfrnorthcyprus.files.wordpress. ... manual.pdf

I am not in NC at present, so others should say if these guides are no longer current.

I don't know if its possible for you to go into their archives, but in the C2D of 8th August 2015, there was a very clear half page explanation together with a quarter page photograph of a meter showing exactly what each knob, button and number meant and what it signified. I cut it out and have kept it waiting for the eventual installation of a meter. yet to come thankfully!

Hi Blueparrot.

Thanks for the links. Bit it's this type of meter. This is not for me but for a friend.

To read the new electric meters keep pressing the blue button until '180' in small nos appears on the left hand side the current kw useage can then be read on the right hand side in bigger nos - simples!

and if you have a PV solar on-grid system installed (or maybe you plan to do so) you can (could) keep pressing the button and see under 2.8.0 the negative active energy = the feed-in in kWh for which you will be credited for.

so, balance from 1.8.0 minus balance 2.8.0 = bill.
+ standing fees and so on, of course.
VAT will be charged for the net use only
