It's towards the back of the main Court buildings.

Go past the in-Court Coffee Shop and it's at the end.

We live in Karsiyaka and we had to go to the top of the building where you do your residency to hunt our file down, but that was a few years back now. We went to the Tapu office in Lefkosa first only to be told to go to the other place. I'm stating this in case the same thing happens to you.

The Courts are in the middle of the Old City. Go through the Walls at the Kyrenia Gate and follow the one-way system to the right and you will see them on your right. Past the Courts take the very first left to find parking.

Sorry, I don't know where the Residency Buildings are.

The courts are quite close to the Saray hotel, if that helps.
