My neighbour has a 3 phase electricity pole in her garden close to the boundary . Kibtek entered her garden today whilst she was at work , dug a big hole, filled it with concrete and erected a large metal pole and put up a street light. This pole is right next to her bedroom window and overlooks her swimming pool. Can she kick them out and get this light removed.
