Looking for a quiet place to rent.

Hi everyone.

We are an English married couple in our early 60s. We are non smokers, no pets or bad habits !
We are looking to move soon as a kind Turkish Cypriot has decided to build a new villa almost in our back garden. ( it was very quiet here before )
Does anyone have a property ( anything considered ) that they would like to rent to us. Swimming pool is not essential .
We would really like a minimum period of 2 years.
We would consider any area as long as it is peaceful ( no hotel or club music at night ! ) We can pay up to 500 sterling for the right property.
We never pay the rent on time....it is ALWAYS paid early !
