NTV system a question

Hi, does any of you tech savy people out there know if there is any way to customize the remote control of the NTV box to get rid of the many channels that either do not work at all or are of no interest to the end user? Other than keeping a list of the number of the channels i want to access i scroll through the channel listings until i get to where i want to be. But because there are now over 600 listings i find that it is bedtime before i get to where i want to be. If i could delete the offending channels i would be a happy bunny.

go to their website - http://www.ntv.mx and use the live chat icon in the top right corner of the screen. They have live support from early morning to till late (after midnight a guess). I think you will get more information there.

Are you saying you already use the favourites button so you only watch the channels you want to watch?

Thanks for the replies. You are talking to a ruddy idiot here. I have seen the fav button on the remote but when i press it i dont see anything happening. Are you saying that if i get a channel on that i want to keep and press the fav button on the remote then i can just have these channels to watch?

And yes i have a Mag 250 box.

I told you i was an idiot. I have just worked out how to highlight a program to favs. Just need to work out now how to get too them. Thanks again for the help.

Just an update. I am now a happy bunny. I now have a short listing of all the channels i normally watch. Technology is great when you master it!!!!!!
