Okay you are in luck as he is not far from you,coming from hos-besh take the right fork into Lapta centre before the gardening shop
Stay on this road until you see the garage on the right ,turn right before the little shop,the road bears to the right and there is a narrow road on your right,park on the left and walk down that narrow road ,keep to the left and the muhtar,s house is there,normally with a table and chairs in the small area in front.
