grout cleaner

can anyone suggest a product that will clean the grout in floor tiles?its driving me nuts

No easy answer to this one as the grout probably wasn't sealed to protect it and make it easily washable ? try limescale remover (picture below) but be careful with this stuff it is like nuclear waste only put it in the grout lines wait a few minutes scrub it with a brush and wash off do not leave on to long and do not use if your tiles are marble and do not get this near chrome it will strip it bare one more thing do not use bleach as well as this or you'll gas yourself ! after all that if you're brave enough give it a try but try on a small area first to make sure it's o.k.

Previous poster is correct and is warning is is also good advice. But one question is it White grout. Or Floor grout, normally grey, This is generally stronger . You can get Brick cleaner here and I do have some. I would gladly give you some to try , but again treat with care.

If it is white grout you can sometimes clean with neat bleach. (not quite so harsh) as the other fluids mentioned. But to be honest cleaning grout is not always possible and re grouting is not normally successful. Because it is difficult to scrape old grout out deep enough for new grout to key without damaging the edges of existing tiles.

I use mould remover on my bathroom tiles and it works well. I originally bought it to remove mould in the shower cubicle but I used on the floor tiles last week. The difference is amazing

thanks for the suggestions but I tried some liquid the diy shop sold me but it was useless,
