Thought I would share this with you out there.

Yesterday on the advice of the amazing Dr Turk I bought a nebuliser for my wife's breathing problems.
It's not that complicated to use but it didn't seem quite right. Tried again this morning and stilll not performing.
So back to Varis Pharmacy in Alsancak and saw the boss. Very nice guy with excellent English. Within 15 minutes of testing the device he was happy that it was faulty. No problems. He ordered a replacement which turned up at 6pm the same day. This one works a treat.

No nonsense, no silly questions and first class customer service.

Well done that man.

I have always used this pharmacy so not entirely surprised but some of you may not be aware how well run his business is.

I'm not his agent, but give him a try and you will be pleasantly surprised.

I agree.

Friendly, polite and excellent English.

Recently my medication was changed and he gave me a refund on all unopened medicines. Another time he wasn't sure of a prescription and phoned my doctor for clarification. It's these little things that make the difference.

Also the lady who runs/works in the new chemists just past the coffee shop/square, Karsiyaka is always very pleasant and helpful, have used both chemist always found both unfailingly polite and helpful
