Vehicle tax mot etc

After having historic difficulty in renewing tax etc, and current difficulties, does anyone know of a Turkish Cypriot conversant with procedures, who may be able to do it for me.

Go see the man upstairs in the Commercial Insurance office located in the small precinct next to Lemar at Karakum. If he can't help you then nobody can - he is ex police and that seems to make a difference. Very helpful guy and known him for over 15 years now.
