In Karsiyaka we ring the local Belediyesi. I suggest you try the same first.

Assuming you mean 'septic' tank, then as advised above, contact your local municipality or ask a local Cypriot neighbour. I have always sought advice from my local neighbour and over 8 years, he has always come up trumps or found an answer.

Depends where you live, we use a guy called Cenges, If you speak with the Catalkoy Belediyesi they have his number.
