Showtime and android T.V.

Has anyone else experienced problems over the last month with showtime. All was great then after doing an update as instructed, problems occurred. Keep getting "video not available try another server" and a caption "captcha) appears with a code to put in, which, no matter how many times I do this, nothing works. Many movies will direct me to download only BUT this cannot be accessed either. have looked online and seems many people in Uk etc are having the same experiences. I contacted Gwyn and Paul from extend who advise me to uninstall then re-install the programme but easier said than done and doesn't change. problem remains. Apparently technicians for showbox are working to try to fix this. Anyone have any advice cos really don't know what else to do.

Hi,
I had the same problem and it was showbox who was having the issue but a new update has come up and that has sorted the problem.
If you go to settings then apps choose showbox and clear cache that may sort it, in the same part you can uninstall the app.
Then go on to google or whatever internet is on your android box and you can install showbox by typing in search bar.
Hope this helps a bit.
