Re-newing passports xx

We need to re-new our passports.
Can anyone out there tell us the directions to the Cafe
somewhere in Girne/Karakum that we have to take our paper work to
I know it gets sent off with DHL courier

I think it has changed to the tool hire shop near crispy squid Catalkoy

Does anyone that has re-newed there passport from TRNC
Do you have to send your old back with all your paper work
because looking at the form on-line its saying about sending a colour photo copy of your old passport
Getting very confused
So would appreciate any help with this one xx

I have just sent mine back for renewal and the checklist stated I must send my old passport along with the application. For your information I sent it DHL last Friday, with DHL picking up from the tool hire shop an hour later and the tracking shows it wasn't collected from Ercan until the following Tuesday and it's due to arrive in Belfast today. A week seems an very long time for a service that costs about £45.

Just back from the Tool shop in Catalkoy.
Sending documents ie: old passport, 2 photo's for re-newing passport
back to the UK via DHL
Spoke to the lady there, and she said give it about 6 weeks for us to receive new passports back
We will keep an eye on the tracking system xx

I filled inritish passport applications for a couple of TC friends about a month ago. They went with DHL and came back in about 2 weeks.
