English SRA qualified solicitor
I need to find a solicitor in North Cyprus who is SRA qualified (this qualification can only be obtained in the UK) who can oversee the signing of some lifetime mortgage documents related to a property in the UK, apparently on this occasion no other kind of solicitor will suffice. If anyone knows of such a person I would be most grateful if I could have their details asap. If I am unable to find someone I will have no alternative but to fly back to the UK to complete this task which I would prefer not to have to do unless absolutely necessary. I can be contacted on 0533 8674699 or message me if you prefer. Many thanks.

Re: English SRA qualified solicitor
There are no solicitors in the TRNC only advocates. You should certainly NOT use any TRNC company to oversee a UK legal matter.
You will have no recourse to a UK court. The TRNC courts have precedent being a non recognised administration. The TRNC legal system is inadequate and almost dysfunctional.
Proceed at your risk and peril. DONT

A couple of recommendations:
Check SRA membership - Ask for membership no. Go on SRA website and enter membership.
If SRA membership valid do other checks with SRA and your UK solicitor before proceeding, particularly if the SRA member is no longer practicing in UK.
