Can anyone tell me if any there is anywhere near kyrenia that supplies and cuts timber to size,thanks

In the very centre of Kyrenia - on the left just before the roundabout & opposite the entrance to the large town centre car park - there is a timber outlet where they sell all sorts of wood.

I took my circular saw down to Yar (along with pencil, straight edge and extension cable) and they permitted me to 'plug in' and cut the timber I had selected. Drove my car into the yard, loaded up and drove away. I chose a time that was unlikely to be busy and the 'boss' was very accommodating. I think its a great shop.

Yar owner has a brother who runs a woodworks in Chatalkoy with they will arrange to have your wood cut to size and delivered.... Probably at a charge depending on what your requirements are!

The woodworkers referred too by Bert is located below the Food Lodge in Catalkoy and he is called Ibo. He has done several jobs for us and it has always been to a high standard and we can thoroughly recommend him.

Yar have a main outlet on the industrial estate in Lefkosa, who are absolutely brilliant. They have a large workshiop, and will cut anything to any size.
They helped us to design shelving for our walk-in wardrobe, and cut and edged all the panels and shelves, and delivered the whole lot for a very reasonable price. Also did the same for two wooden wardrobes.
