Hi Judyvin and sophie
I recently had a problem with a trapped sciatic nerve in my back and need to see a neuro surgeon I ended up at the Near East Hospital after MRI and other test the surgeon said he could fix my problem he then gave a written quote of between 40 and 45,000TL, with my results in my hand i went to the Kamiloglu Hospital (Also known as Kyrenia Medial center) I saw a Doctor that evening, he took one look at me and new straight away new the problem he gave me a quote of 6,000TL , I had the operation done a few days later, paid the bill on the way out, I got well looked after both in the Hospital and the after care, I would recommend Kamiloglu Hospital.

My wife went to private hospital in agony with trapped sciatic nerve third time in 3 months, Doctor gave her injection and appointment for MRI with intention of operating, we went to chemist to fill prescription she asked if it was for back problems then advised us not to have operation without trying physio first, she gave us the number of one in Karakum across from Harley Davidson shop , 3 appointments later no back problems for last 6 months.(touch wood ) 80TL each hour long appointment

A ceramic/plastic hip joint replacement in the UK will cost, done privately circa £23k. Just to put the NC cost in perspective.

JV, I earlier recommended Dr Razi, whatever your decision, I would, not unkindly point out, that you perhaps might want to consider getting it done PDQ as the longer you leave it, the worse your incapacity will become. You don't want to be in the position where it's taken out of your hands. I wish you well !
