Goggle play services lost off android

I am getting a message saying I need to download Goggle Play Services on my android box, when I go to Goggle Play Store it says that it is already installed, I have looked under Settings/Apps but it is not listed there.

Easiest way is to use the Uninstall button in Play Store (if there is one) and then reinstall it
