Smartphone Service/Support
I have a Lenovo Smartphone which I purchased outside TRNC which is giving me problems. Any advice as to where I could go in Girne area to get some help?

As you don't say what the problems are, it's a little difficult to say
For difficulty making calls, then your local service provider - Turkcell or Telsim (or Duracell and Turksim as one poster would have it ) should be approached..
It is always worth switching the 'phone off and removing the battery for a few minutes before powering the 'phone back up, of course...
Failing that, one of the many 'phone shops should be able to at least point you in the right direction...

Thanks Keith. Yeah, should have stated problem!
The problem is not to do with making calls.....its just that when I switch the phone on it gets as far as loading the Lenovo product page....and that's it! It doesn't proceed to the Android/Desktop stage. Can't remove the battery with this type of new phone. I've let the battery run down and then recharged but all to no avail. As you say, I'll just go to a phone shop and ask and take it from there.

Hmmm...
There may be a way of doing a 'Hard Boot' by holding down a particular button, or combination of buttons as you power the 'phone up.
Just give it 5 minutes to have a look at the support page on the Lenovo website to see if you can spot anything helpful - if you can't, then no harm done!

Thanks for advice Keith. Volume and power buttons held down together got me into the reset options! Problem now sorted! Whoop Whoop!
