Could someone tell me if on achieving 'house registered on Deeds' status, is this annotated in some way on the newly issued Kocan?

Yes it describes the rooms eg 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony etc

When I translated mine it loosely describes the the property, bedrooms, toilets landing and balconies etc.

Thank you all, I think I meant house registered on the land. I believe that where the actual rooms are recorded on Kocan it means it has Final Approval. it is all very confusing here.
