Burglary Kucukerenkoy

A villa on our site at Sevilla Villas was burgled late yesterday evening. Entry was by forcing the kitchen window and they took cash, jewellery and trainers.
This villa like several of us has recording CCTV which the police are about to view and they are quite hopeful that the perpetrators can be found.
Any updates and I will post again.

Please always remember that cash and jewellery must be kept in a locked safe to be covered by insurance. Carol@cansigorta.com

What's that supposed to mean? Are you pointing fingers? If not why make the statement?

Extra security is useful, grills are good, but the windows here, unless fitted with multipoint locking will just distort if force is used. Locking window handles are useful as well.
Plus you have to have door cylinder locks that are anti snap, drill, bump and pick and they are the correct size!!! not sticking out.
A safe if used is good but who puts phones and laptop away all the time.
Protect the blind side of your home with gates and fences
Nosy neighbours are the best!!

This has also been said to the poor victim's of this latest incident!!!!!

So do they know who it is or is this just a sop to the victim? Are they saying the statistics point to a local job or are they just guessing? How do they come to this conclusion? When they say what they say do they really mean somebody has been 'casing the joint' and assumes it must be a neighbour or do they really think about it at all?

They need to put up or shut up... put up in front of the courts preferably....

Sorry but without evidence this is simply tosh by the plod...
