90 Day Visa.

Has anyone over 60 crossed the border when their 90 day visa has expired had any problems.

Been over loads of times - no problem.

Same as Vaughan, I let my residency visa lapse over three years ago and have crossed the 'border' loads of times since then. Sometimes the official checks the last (expired ) visa page , but as soon as I say I am 66 they say ok . Never had a problem.

There was an article in the Cyprus Post Newspaper last week saying a young person had overstayed the 90 day visa and was fined approx 1500 tl !!
