Viber/Whats up

Any one have any ideas I cannot receive or make calls on the above but messaging is ok. I have uninstalled them both then re installed same problem.

Can't speak for Viber but I use Whatsapp all day for TRNC internal and external calls (provided other person is on Whatsapp as well) but I made the mistake a couple of times at first as I didn't have my wi-fi switched on my mobile. A bit basic I know and I felt a twit when I realised.

i have used them both successfully in the past and havnt switched on wi fi on my phone. I dont have wi fi at home and thats where I normally am when i call my daughter. Maybe I can try using the mobile hot spot on my phone?
