Roof water tank.

Anyone have an idea of the cost to replace a roof water tank it's metal and I think 1 tonne. ?

the tank would cost 375tl in plastic then the pipework and fitting plus labour around 750 tl

Thanks for that seems an awful lot for just connecting it up pipe work is there.?

a hundret pounds for maybe delivery of tank, taking old tank down + maybe disposal, new tank up + pipe work is too much?

No I was not last year to extend by 7 metres deliver install and take away plus flush system was 200 ytl on 2 tonne tank.
Just had a quote for the roof one at 650 ytl maybe I am lucky. Cost of tank 350 ytl plus 300 ytl install and take away.

I have read advice that one should get these tanks cleaned regularly.

Clearly this would be desirable, but has anyone done it? Is it straightforward?
