Delicious Curry

Sonny's Kitchen at Sh Boom Bar Alsancak. I had appeared there a few evenings and seen the food being served and thought it looked very good. Also a friend of mine ate a Liver Marsala there and knowing I am a bit of Indian food critic said I should give it try. The menu is good quite a few different dishes, not just Indian also a good mix of different things.

The prices are silly money, we had Chicken Jalfrezi and Liver Marsala, also ordered a portion of Cheesy Chips. Not really needed because main meal portions are a good size, beautifully served with large side salad and includes rice. We were also offered Garlic bread and poppadoms .

Both Curry's were first rate and Real Chips , , The 2 main meals with rice and a good side salad came to approx 45 TL. All the dishes on the menu are very very well priced.

It is a bar and some nights has music. But Sonny's Kitchen is open I think 6 days a week except Sunday until around 11.30. so plenty of chance to avoid music if you wish, but there is also a pleasant outside area to eat. The bar is very well stocked and drinks prices are good.
