pm messages deletions

Help please. I have a new PM awaiting delivery and one awaiting posting. However, I get a message to say my inbox is full and cannot post or receive. How can I empty my PM Inbox? I have searched the site, looked at faqs - all to no avail. Thanks in advance all you techies.

Go back to your Messages Inbox and on the right hand side it says "Mark" just put x's in all the messages you want to delete, scroll down to bottom of page and there is a dropdown box, click on that and it says delete, so press go button and it will delete all message you have put a x against. Carry on page by page doing same.
