Nothing like C44.
Unfortunately C44 had far to many people who had there own agenda and were not able to control their comments with rational discussion and debate. In the end it was a very depressing place to be.
A check thro many threads on this forum will show the majority to be happy with this forum, people feel safe to comment, make helpful suggestions and ask for help and advice.
Fortunately those that cannot control their comments are served a reminder and if necessary the post can be locked, removed or poster banned.
This forum is the place to be!
<----- PoshinDevon's reply was to someone that slipped through the net and was trying to damage Kibkom's good reputation. He/she has been banned as there was no evidence to what was implied. A totally new poster that praised the Grease Show hours before it even started and also praised the past O'Neil event. Regards Soner -------->

Please be assured that Soner the owner (oops, that rhymes) and the Mods are detrermined that this will not resemble Cyprus 44 and workj hard at ensuring that at the first nsiff of anything problematic it is dealt with. the happiness of all the members is paramount. Sadly the other forum to which reference is made does not seem to be able to keep in check the postings which are beginning to give it a bad reputation. Hopefully Alex, who runs it ande who is a super bloke, will man age to decide how to control those who would indeed judge and conedemn and add little of general interest. A hard task for Alex, but it does seem that the people on that site were the ones on Cyprus 44 who seemed to cause some of the problems.
so, poster No.1 what is it that gives you the impression that this is becoming like Cyprus 44, or do yuou mkean the cyprus 44 that everyone loved and used and admired before things got difficult.?
it is up to all of us to nsure that this is a forum of which we are proud and with which we are happy!

Understood most of your message Marions, you must get that keyboard looked at
This forum is nothing like 44, if you look at the one that geroff is referring to, where they are bickering like silly children then you can see the comparison.
This is a friendly forum, we have our differences of opinion but in a grown up sensible way. Now and again we do get the odd 'stirrer' who tries to 'rock the boat' but we can handle them.
KIBCOM is a strong forum and will survive long after the others have faded, not only do we have quantity ie, number of members, we also have quality.

I am sure your comments have warmed Soner's heart, for he sometimes puts in far more effort than he should, having a business to run as well, and one would not want to think of him becoming like the owner of Cyprus 44 - disheartened , dispirited and disappointed.
and sorry about the keyboard BB, I think I have a dyslexic keyboard which combined with my late night flying flingers combines to create a new language. But it is really the heat, ! Seems better at times. Already had a new keyboard fitted earlier in the year and it made no difference. You are right it looks terrible (my word,s not yours) but I thank you for your patience and understanding.

I recall asking innocently on Cyprus 44 as to the best place to buy good quality bedsheets,3 days later my post had degenerated into a huge slanging match about racism, and a number of unsavoury topics.

Marions -has anyone ever told you that you look like Lady Penelope off Thunderbirds?
For those too young or too old to know who lady Penelope is I will try to find a photo and post-Though Thunderbirds was a Kids puppet show from the 60s.
I had the hots for her terrible(despite being 6yrs old at the time).

Excuse me while I go and get that long blonde wig with the hairband! and you are the first to suggest it, but I can kinda see what you mean. But does that mean you feel the same way towards me as you did to Lady penelope when you were six? I think I am too shy to cope with such sentiments!!!!
I wonder if anyone else sees the similarity!!!!

So how many puppets on a string are there out there looking for a puppet master to keep them in control? Nice idea Soner. Glad you are a happy bunny. You have worked hard enough for it.
Now excuse me, I can't find that wig!
