and any one know who is selling it west side girne prefer but not that worried, i assume its the petrol stations that sell it but not seen anything on there price boards ( i know they cannot even do the petrol prices) i bet its about the same price as petrol as well

You will find it as kerosene or Gazyar. I buy it from the garage across from the old Astro, I think it is now called Localmar.

Unfortunately its not the quality recommended by the manufacturer of our heaters and despite the fact we follow all the cleaning instructions, it still smells.

You can purchase EU grade paraffin (pink) from the dark side, we use it but the result is the same.

You find it in vending machines on the corner of some streets in the South.

What they sell here is white unrefined paraffin ( Gazyar ).

The quality of the heater matters, the one we use costs 310 euro from the other side but it does not smell.

Always light it outside and take it out to extinguish it.
