TRNC Will template - resurrection....

I need/intend to make a will covering one item, one person - therefore (hopefully) simple, and having access to an excellent notar, and having searched on the forum for information, I learned of a template that had been provided by Soner (back in Feb 2014). I've found the download link, but - "The selected attachment does not exist anymore.".....
I realise I can get my notar to draw one up, but if I can (sort of) make up a draft in advance, I might as well.
Does anyone still have a copy of this template, please, or know where else it may be available?

Actually, I just realised that there's no reason why it can't be uploaded to the forum...

...along with Naiomi Mehmet's excellent 'Guide to making a Will in the TRNC'
