Food shopping in the south

As a matter of interest does anyone know what items of food you can/can not bring back from the south, and if there is any limit on how much you can bring back/cost? All replies appreciated.

It very much depends on what Customs Officer you get (if any) on the day. Most of the time there is no inspection...

However, you can view the 'Green Line Regulations' here, and although these are EU regulations, the TC's do use them as a guideline (when they're in the mood ).
