Villa wanted for long term rent - West kyrenia

We are an English couple looking for a 2/3 bedroom furnished house/villa to rent long term. Ideal area is West kyrenia as far as Alsancak. We have no pets and as my husband is a plumber/kitchen fitter he can cary out maintenance if required. We currently rent a lovely house nr merit royal but our neighbour has two noisy dogs, hence move required.

I have a 3 bed furnished villa in Yesiltepe, the only items not included are a TV, Broadband and Dining Table. As the villa has been empty, I had the pool drained, but will have it re-commissioned when necessary. All kitchen white goods and water cooler plus dish washer.

Good morning, The rent is £450 per month, with a £600 deposit. Pool and gardener costs to be met by tenant. Please advise asap. I will be using the property in the middle of October, for just over a week, and it will be available from the 24th October.
