My Neighbour has just arrived and discovered her e-cigarette is broken. Anyone know where she can purchase a replacement?

If it's a vape type there is a shop just over the Metehan crossing

also note both replies so far direct you to the south - while (apparently) use of e-cigs is permitted in the North, sale/purchase of same and liquids is not permitted - although (as OH discovered) there are a (very) few shops that stock limited supplies of the liquids.
