If like us you don't go to your PO box very often and haven't been lately then would suggest you take a sharp implement with you. We went today, first time for about 3 months and found that all the boxes had been painted, needless to say now tightly sealed!!! fortunately we had a flat head screw driver in the car which enabled us to prise it open
