Broken Beko Washer- who can repair? - Please Close

My Beko washer has developed a problem so that the conditioner is not dispensed during the cycle.
I have cleaned the area around the dispenser but the problem persists.
Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?
Failing that does anyone know of a good Beko repair person?

Does the fabric dispenser end up full of water? - If so, the syphon is blocked, and you need to remove the drawer completely, and clean its orifices

If it doesn't fill with water, and the level of softener stays the same after the wash as it was when you put some in before the wash, then the problem is probably a nozzle or motorised valve blocked with limescale/detritus from your cold water system, and you will need the repairman - I would suggest Arcelik, as they are part of the Beko group, and Arcelik products are basically Beko with a different label...

Use of 'Calgon' or similar could help to prevent a recurrence in the future, but won't help you now.

I agree with Keith about potential blockage. To remove the dispenser drawer (on mine at least) you depress the blue bar in the conditioner section and the drawer will slide out easily - then clean everything.
If that doesn't solve the problem then the Beko service number is 0392 444 1404. I have had them out for a fridge/freezer and several air-cons and find them very good.

Thanks Guys, Have had the drawer out and cleaned everything, think it is the blocked water outlet or failed valve problem as no water is getting into the dispenser in that area. All others ok.
Will pop into Achelik first and see if they can help before calling Beko out.
Thanks again.

is the in pipe filter blocked? if your machine is taking in water slowly it tends to leave the conditioner
