Amnesty suspended?

Went to immigration this morning for residency and a large number of non european people were sent away with the information that the amnesty has finished ,in and out in less than 20 mins.

The amnesty was suspended last week, it was being taken to court over its legitimacy.
Not sure when the court case is being held but I thought it was this week sometime.
Speaking to someone yesterday and he told us the amnesty was back on again.......

Definitely not as the immigration staff where sending all the amnesty seekers away

According to Cyprus Today, when the amnesty is reinstated there will be a further 60 day window to apply.
