Kemal,

All I can say is that you and your company are the most professional company we have had dealings with in the last 9.5yrs in the TRNC.

We have always found you and your staff to be helpful, efficient, polite and cheerful (even you )

We would highly recommend you to everyone.

Kemal, if it is any consolation I have been in retailing most of my life and whilst always having as a basic tenet of our business trying to excel at customer service (ask my management and staff, I can go on a bit about it!) I have found on the odd occasion (fortunately I can count them on one hand) there is no pleasing some customers.

On one very strange occasion I was called to the store, a normally stalwart member of staff was in tears in the backroom and a well presented older 'gentleman' was with a very red face assailing another member of my staff loud enough to be heard all over the store. I introduced myself calmed him enough for him to tell me his side of the story, it basically boiled down to the fact that he had been given a dirty coin in his change, he had no complaint with the purchase he had made or indeed the way the member of staff had dealt with him up to that point, she had even offered to exchange the offending coin! I said I could not really see what his problem was and repeated the offer, at which point he started to lose it again, saying he saw it as disgusting and a personal insult to him, in the end I had to escort him from the store and inform him we would struggle on without his custom in future. I can't help thinking there was some thing else going on in that 'gentleman's' life at that time. It took me quite a while to rebuild the first member of staff's confidence in her customer service skills.

The point I am trying to make is that unfortunately you can't win them all and you just have to not let it influence the way you deal with other customers and providing that is a good experience for them the good will outweigh the bad.

This post by Kemal reminds me of a situation I witnessed in Tec Tan a few years ago.An englishman was on the phone ranting and raving about no one coming to tune his tv,The boss tried to tell him that customers with electric problems took priority over tv tuning.I asked Ali to let me speak to the man and told him that Tec Tan are not Currys,Pc world etc.I did calm him down but felt somewhat ashamed to be english.

Always difficult to be objective when compliments/complaints on services provided are posted on forums. The posts of the originators by their very nature are singular and subjective so one cannot presume to judge in favour or against the statements made. Unfortunately suppliers of goods and services are subject to the sometimes fickle nature of the customer for good or bad.
Not so sure these posts are a good idea on a forum such as this as it quickly degenerates into mudslinging.

After reading all the postings on this subject twice over, I have to agree with teg17. A forum like this is really not the place to air grievences, no matter how well intentioned. By and large people are going to be polarised, take sides and the thread will deteriorate into a long list of other peoples experiences (which has already started). The retail trade in all its forms is sometimes a thankless one and I'm afraid to say it is a case of taking the very rough at times, with the smooth. Been there, and got the T shirt!!

Agree with Teg that maybe this is not the best place to air this. But it has been aired, and the old saying 'The customer is always right' is a difficult one to live with when one is providing a service.
So, I would suggest that multimax continue to rejoice in the fact that many people are satisfied with their good service to them, and hope they feel they have stated their case.
