Multimax Technician praise
Just wanted to give thanks to the wonderful young man 'Mert' from Multimax who arrived at our home this morning to sort out a problem that we had with a connection - he wouldn't leave until he had sorted the problem. So hard to find someone anywhere who takes pride in their work. Thank You Mert - you went above and beyond the call of duty. Can now watch UK tv again.

Finding qualified people who would at the same time care about the work they are doing is the single most difficult challenge we face here at Multimax.So hard to find someone anywhere who takes pride in their work.
Thank you for your compliments, you make me realize that those couple of extra white hair I got on my head while trying to sort out my team was worth the effort
We already realize that we are doing some things right, but we also know that there are a lot of room for improvement and we will get there with your support.

i have always been impressed with multi max - but now i am alittle frustrated. I wanted to increase internet spead and pay 20tl more a month, only to be told i can't!
i have to pay for 6 months up front! something - for my own personal reasons - i cannot do!
so now i am stuck with the slowest internet speed - and cannot enjoy watching bbci player!!!!
so annoyed - and i feel cheated......

Libby, why don't you PM Erol from Multimax who is a very nice man who I am sure would try to accomodate a customers requirements, rather than lose them. My work you have nothing to lose.

Libby, after more than 1 year of having same prices, we have changed our pricing scheme recently. We are now upgraded speeds(2->2.5, 4->5 with better uploads, but no longer accepting monthly payments (6 months payment being the minimum).
However, so that our existing customers do not feel like you do, we have decided to have our monthly paying customers continue to pay monthly for as long as they like and not force them change to any other plan if they do not want to.
Please note that old speeds and monthly packages are not available as a service in our sales offices, they cannot switch you to a package that does not exist, so they must have proposed that you switch to 5MB package (6 months version) as an alternative, without knowing your personal constraints.
Only a few people who is already paying monthly has ever requested a package change and NOT be ok with moving on to the new packages (I think you might as well be the only one), so I apologize for not considering streamlining old package changes for existing customers.
If you email us at info@multimaxcyprus.com with the name on account, we will sort out your package change from the head end.
I have already informed all branches that package changes from one old package to another old package for existing customers that pay monthly will be allowed (at least for some time, and it needs to be done at HQ), thanks for pointing this out.
