Road Tax office South side

Does anyone know what times the office opens/closes please? We don't think its open weekends, thank you.

7.50 to 2.40 but they get tetchy after 2.30 apparently and not open weekends the last time we asked.

Also not on ROC public holidays which can be totally random days - always best to check on google before going.
