Break in Kavanlar 5.

We have friends that own an apartment on Kavanlar 5 site Alsancak. In the last 4 days some kind person(s) has accessed their roof terrace over a 2 metre high fence,dismantled wrought iron work, smashed numerous flower pots,gained access to a fairly secure cupboard & stole a new mini oven/grill & a stainless deep fat fryer! They have also smashed various ceramic tiles. The tools they needed to dismantle the ironwork are still layer there( until Police came & took them for prints). Some pots are stacked ready,obviously they were intending to steal these also. What sort of people do stuff like this? Our friends have been unable to come here since last December due to health problems. Police have been,don't think it will do any good, last time similar happened a few weeks ago,they couldn't be bothered to even turn up to check! Someone living in the Kavanlar 5 area,could well have heard something,must have been heck of a noise smashing the pots. Please PM me or contact Lapta Police.Doubt anyone in the same apt. block will admit to seeing or hearing anything,one of the residents is a police officer. Mindless morons!
