Turkish water is now flowing to outlying Esentepe housing estates!
One house has been connected (belonging to an influential? local) on the Kayim estate and a further connection has been provided to the Tuncayn Yeri Restaurant almost opposite Kayim.
Both connections appear to be "tapping off" the TURTLE BAY PIPELINE! Why not pop along and see for yourselves. Perhaps Tuncay from the Restaurant will help you get priority connection and let you know the cost.

Can I ask those living outside of Esentepe village who now have Turkish water, if they paid the extortionate amount requested by the Mayor?

Re: Esentepe water news!!!
I have not paid what has been asked of me lately. My property is classed as turtle bay and we have paid an extortionate amount of money in our last 5 years but not paid anything towards the infrastucture costs that have been produced lately. Thats not exactly fact, we had to pay for a smart meter last year along with costs of joining to another village and we were told we would receive water. We did by tanker. for which we had to pay extra tankerage charges, that stopped in february for us. Today we had water flowing into our tanks. Dont know who or where it is being supplied from.

Thanks for the info Suel5. I'm glad you have water, I know what a bad deal Turtle Bay residents have had over the past few years.
As for other residents not in the village or Turtle Bay, I guess it's still deadlock?
