Looking for Long Term Rental

Hey there,

We have just been notified by our landlord that the property we are living in wont get a water connection.
So we look around for a new property for Long Term rent. (at least 12 month, more is better)

Here are some details about us and our requirements:

- Budget: max GBP 700 pcm
- Retired couple former Hotel Manager
. payment always in time
- Looking for a property located somewhere between Bahceli and Lapta, although open to other options.
- A quiet location away from the road with a secure garden as we have a little dog.
- Furnished preferable but will consider unfurnished depending on rent.
- Air conditioning/central heating system would be ideal.
- Close to local amenities with a bright outlook/pleasant view..
- we can provide refrences

Hello, I have a 3 bedroom villa in Yesiltepe, about 3km to main Lapta/girne road. everything in the property apart from broadband, TV and dining table. pool will be re-commissioned as it is empty at present. Fully fitted bedrooms and kitchen but no microwave.
