Gas Water Heater Maintenance Man

Help needed in finding someone who can service a gas water heater, having problems maintaining constant heat of water, have replaced batteries, etc. Any help would be appreciated. We are in Ozankoy, Thank you.

If your heater is like mine and I think it will be it is useful to know that these heaters do not have a thermostat. The temperature at the taps is dependent on the adjustments of the three dials on the boiler and the amount of solar gain into the hot water. Use it in the morning where there has been little solar input into the water you will get one temperature for any given settings of the dials. Use it at night time on that same day where the sun has preheated the water and the output temperature from the boiler can be a lot higher. If your temperature in the morning was say 60 degrees at the end of a day with sun that could easily push it to around 90 degrees. Two thing will now happen. At that temperature the boiler will cut out out via its high temp thermal switch. Secondely if you are in the shower as the water gets hotter you will by your mixer tap reduce the hot and add more cold water. Because the boiler fires up on flow through the boiler to much of a reduction of the hot will shut the boiler down. This causes a hot shower to go suddenly cold. This problem won't happen running a bath because you will fill it firstly with just hot water.
