Vaillant Combi-boiler service

Any recommendations for a Heating company in the Esentepe area, that are qualified to carry out a service on my combi boiler. Boiler works for a period then drops out on fault code F28.

Also a company to service an air conditioning unit.

As for Batili Brothers........still waiting for a quotation for some work for two weeks now.
They just don't respond to my emails requesting the quote or the request to carry out a boiler service.
Ignorant!!

Hence the reason that I'm asking for someone else to do the work.

I'm shocked you say that because they fitted my Valiant boiler & every time I've had a problem there out that day or the next & always sort the problem. Personally I'd try again as I think Dave is a plumber & not a registered gas boiler engineer , please ask him tho as I might be wrong , he is a top plumber I will add . But if I had a Rolls Royce I wouldn't take it to a ford garage for a service, horses for courses & all that . You can try Ibo 0533 851 9085 , I used to call him , he works or manages it, .

Yet again no reply to my email. I'm sure I could fix it myself but I'm not in Cyprus until the 18th, my wife is on her own and cold weather is coming and she has no heating.

I phonen Kenan yesterday. My wife phoned him this morning to arrange a visit. He came straight away and serviced the boiler, so all sorted now and heating on. Still no explanation as to why my emails aren't being answered and I know it's the right address

Hi, when I was in the UK, I relied heavily on emails for business communication, and came to expect prompt responses and acknowledgements as a matter of course, but I have found here that email is the 'poor cousin' , and that you are much better off using the 'phone and actually speaking to someone - 'live' - as it were...

I don't know why, it may just be a cultural thing, but that's the way that it is, or so it seems to me!

There are exceptions of course -
