Aircon regassing

Before making final decision to renew all my A.C, there are two I want to have checked just to be sure if they actually need regassing and filters through cleaned rather than being knackered.!! Can anyone recommend an English speaking person, in the Alsancak area, who will come as a matter of urgency. Thanks
