A gentle warning
A warning to all, be careful about drink driving as we are getting close to Christmas and Polis are out there checking on people.
Last night I was out for a few drinks. One thing lead to another and I had a few too many cocktails and then went onto the wine. Not a good idea. Knowing I was over the limit, I decided to leave my car at the pub and took a Bus home. Sure enough, I passed a polis checkpoint, where they were pulling over drivers and performing breathalyser tests. Because I was in a Bus they just waved it past. I arrived home safely and without incident, which was a real surprise as I've never driven a Bus before and I am not even sure where I got it from.

Looks like you dodged the bullet on that one it's just not worth the risk (assuming the bus driver wasn't wrecked !) my sister was hit by a drunk driver and her head went through the windscreen (the old type screen) and know she's blind in one eye with multiple face scars and even now many years later still she gets shards of windscreen glass working there way out of her skin it doesn't bear thinking about does it.

Yes ttoli as it happens I did miss the last line but still a serious message DON'T drink and drive it's not worth it and needless to say I haven't drunk any alcohol for 25 years but I don't dam anyone that does good luck to them as long as they're sensible.
