Recommendation for Combi Boiler needed

We have an eight year old 24KW Baykan Yildiz combi boiler in a house with eleven radiators and three towel rails.
Clearly we do not have all the radiators open at the same time but often have half of them (downstairs) open together.

In my view the Ylidiz is underpowered for our needs, struggles with both central heating and hot water at the same time and is of lower efficiency compared to recent more modern models.

We have been recommended the 32KW Baykan Gunes but I am not keen to go with Baykan again on this occasion.

I would be grateful for any recommendations for a combi boiler of 32KW upwards that can be bought in Girne or Lefkosa - or even in the South.

Thanks in advance.

Go to Mr. Pipe on the main road in Karakum. The owner Hasan speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable.

Best wishes to all for the Festive Season.

We've had recurring problems with our 4-year old Bosch Combi, mainly of fluctuating water temperature, which I'm certain could be fixed by any competent plumber.

However, the only trick that the various plumbers have used, over the years. is to soak the heat exchanger in an acid bath, to try to clear built-up scale. This does have a good effect, but only for a few weeks.

I'm not ready to buy a replacement boiler, which would probably be of poorer quality than our current one, until I am certain that there is nothing that can be done, by way of knwledgeable maintenance, to fix the problems that we have.

I'm also of the opinion that any replacement boiler that does not get proper maintenance would, in turn, fail to last the expected length of time.

So, does anyone know of a competent professional? Please don't mention Mr. Pipe!

Mr.Pipe sells European boilers, but he can pretty much repair any make of boiler if it's repairable.
