Single lady seeks long-term rental flat in a well-maintained complex anywhere between Catalkoy and Karsiyaka.

Quiet location is very important.

2/3 bedrooms, furnished or unfurnished.

What rental cost are you looking at?

Rentals of flats this size seem to be between £300 and £400 a month, depending on quality of finishes and location.
