Hi,

So I got an email a couple of weeks ago about a Halloween event at the abbey. Only trouble is, it was scheduled for Thursday 27th October, which doesn't exist. Does anyone know which it is out of the Thursday (25th) and the 27th (Saturday)?

Cheers.

I started a nice long answer and lost it. some ghouley at work.
O.K. Saturday 27th, bellapais abbey. Great halloween night with DemetGeorge famous singer from LA She is giving a concert at 8p.m. Ticvkets 25tl or 30tlto sit on stage and be part of the event. Onepianist to accompany. But fancy dress competition at 7p.m. 50 fab prizes. two great judges (said a bit tongue in cheek) who will look for originality, although you can hire costumes from MiniCouture at Catalkoy(but hury they are closed for Bayram!)
Come as a ghost, a ghoul, a witch or a warlock or any disney or fairy tale or 'real' character
tickets from Deniz Plaza(Kyrenia and Lefkosia), Bellapais Box Office, Kybele restaurant, Dome Hotel, and Chicago hair ssalon (or I can point you in the dirrection of Demet to see if there is aanywhere else.)
So will we see you there? Will you be recognisable>? But as I don't know who you are, I guess the answer to the latter is 'no'.

Can you hear me giggle? lOVELY COMMENT THAT! See you there then. wonder if I will award you a prize??? I will be the Fairy Godmother - but then there could be loads of them too as well as more masks than found in Venice.
