glass door for log burner

johnd11, you could try the wood stove shop (Aklinar?) on the road between Lefoksia roundabout and Bellapais traffic lights ,it's opposite the KAR supermarket. It depends on the make of your log burner if they can help. I recently stupidly broke the glass on my Norwegian Jotul and had to get a new piece bought over from the UK. They sell Jotul fires in Lefkosia but don't carry spares!!

There is a new glass company in Alsancak. From Girne,on the right just after the Merit turn. Firstly I would try Akinlar as someone mentioned before.

cjh, I think Jotul log burners are fantastic. I bought mine about 11years ago cost then approx. £1000 . A similar model on sale in Lefkosia now is €2250. But as with any burner the quality of the wood you burn can make a lot of difference to the heat output.

Ours is a Hunter log burner from the UK and we recently had replacement glass for the door from Akinlar.
