The flat is fully furnished and well appointed. Rent will be £190 per month. Additional monies for deposit (£190) and commission (£165) will need to be paid at the time of moving in. You will also be responsible for paying a third of utility bills (water, electricity, internet, cooking gas), and the cost of groceries and cleaning supplies.
